The Z'NIPER frames are handmade in Italy, the estimated time for the delivery of customized frames and / or customized painting is 60 days.
For the frames with the standard sizes and the only customized painting, delivery is estimated at 45 days.

You will be contacted immediately to confirm the settings of your frame and of your anthroponometric dimensions (read the guide to make a correct measurement).

You will then receive an email with the total price, including shipping and estimated delivery time.

To confirm your order we ask you to pay 40% of the total amount;

When YOUR frame is ready, we ask you to pay the remaining 60%;

We will deliver the frame to your address as soon as the payment is completed

All Z'NIPER frames are guaranteed for 2 (two) years for all manufacturing defects, while the components mounted on our frames (gearbox, accessories, wheels, etc.), where present, are declared free of defects in materials and in processing by the same manufacturers, they are guaranteed for 3 years if used properly and under normal conditions.
